Return Window

You may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must be brand new, unwashed, and unused.
- Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).

Procedure

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
3. We'll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is defective or was sent in error, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exceptions

This return policy does not apply to:

- Final sale or discounted items
- Items damaged or altered by the customer
